1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ALN Co.'s website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

ALN Co. provides web development, AI integration, and system integration services to businesses in Hong Kong and internationally. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom web application development
• Artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions
• API development and system integration
• Cloud migration and deployment
• Technical consulting and support

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. Project Agreements

Specific project terms, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees, will be outlined in separate project agreements or statements of work. These project-specific agreements supplement these general Terms and Conditions.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created by ALN Co. shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. ALN Co. retains the right to:

• Use generic code, templates, and methodologies across multiple projects
• Display completed projects in our portfolio (with client approval)
• Reuse general concepts and approaches developed during projects

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Projects may be suspended for non-payment
• All fees are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise stated

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation continues even after the termination of services.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your requirements. Our services are provided "as is" except as expressly stated in project agreements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALN Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
